Open Statistics from the profile menu to review account performance and financial records. Choose the tab that matches your question rather than treating every total as money already paid out.

Use the relevant report

• Overview: General account information.
• Engagement: Content-related activity.
• Paying Users: Information about subscribers and paying audiences.
• Earnings & Payments: Income and spending records.
• Payouts: Native payout records and related information.
• Referral program: Referral activity and link controls.

Check the period and filters shown before comparing figures. A difference between two reports can reflect different dates or categories rather than a missing transaction.

Investigate a discrepancy

Identify whether the question concerns a sale, creator share, balance, generated payout, or received payment. Record the relevant date, amount, and reference before contacting support.

For studio-linked accounts, the studio payment process can differ from the native payout display. Use the applicable studio records as well rather than assuming every My.Club earnings figure should appear as an independent bank transfer.
