Submit your My.Club creator documents

Verification controls whether you can activate club pricing and show posts to other people. Uploading files is not the same as receiving approval.

Submit the application

Open Account Settings → Documents. Complete Owner information accurately and upload the identity images requested for your document type.

Follow the instructions in the form. Required images can vary by document, so do not reuse another platform's procedure without checking.

Check the review result

Review the status on the Documents page. If My.Club rejects the submission, check the email explaining why and correct that issue before resubmitting.

Contact help@my.club if the instructions or rejection reason are unclear. Keep passwords and login codes out of support messages; use the official document-submission process for identity material.

Why posts may be invisible

My.Club says unapproved accounts can create only five posts, visible only to the creator. This can explain both an invisible-post notice and an inability to add more posts.

Complete verification rather than treating those limits as a reason to create additional creator accounts.
