Get approval for people appearing in your My.Club content

People appearing with you need the appropriate connection or release approval. Tagging a profile in a post does not complete this process.

Connect a registered creator

Open Account Settings → Connected Creators. Enter the email associated with the other creator's My.Club account, select Request to Join, and wait for acceptance.

Use the correct account email rather than guessing from a public display name.

Add someone without a creator account

In the same section, open Unregistered Persons. Use either of the available routes:

• Complete the downloaded release with the participant and submit it through Upload Signed Release Form, including the required photos.
• Choose Request Consent by Link and send the official link so the participant can complete the steps themselves.

My.Club's moderation team reviews the submission. Do not treat uploading a form as completed approval.

If a post is rejected

Check whether every person shown has the required approved connection. If you believe moderation made a mistake, contact help@my.club with the post details. Do not repeatedly repost the same material without resolving the approval issue.
