Delete your My.Club account
Account deletion affects the creator account, rather than simply pausing a feature. Resolve outstanding account or payment questions and retain any records you need before confirming.
Use the deletion control
- 1.Open Account Settings.
- 2.Expand the Delete Account section.
- 3.Select Delete account, then provide your password when prompted.
- 4.Confirm with Delete.
Make sure you are signed into the intended account. Do not use deletion as a troubleshooting step for a missing payout or an unwanted subscription you purchased elsewhere.
If you cannot complete it
Contact help@my.club if you do not remember the password or want to ask about restoring an account. My.Club's guide offers support for restoration questions but does not promise that every deleted account can be recovered.
Deleting an account should not be assumed to remove copies of material other people already obtained or automatically resolve an outstanding balance. Ask support about those issues specifically before proceeding.
