Choose your LoyalFans notifications

Open Settings → Notifications and review email alerts separately from notifications inside the site. Enabling one delivery channel does not necessarily enable the other.

Email notifications

The published guide lists choices for logins, new direct messages, friend requests, sales, daily sales summaries, follower summaries, and new referral signups.

Keep login alerts in mind when deciding which messages are useful for account security. Choose a mailbox you monitor, and check spam if an expected notice is missing.

Internal notifications

The site's internal choices include reactions, comments, comment replies, sales, new subscribers, and tips. Select the events you want to see while using LoyalFans.

Message popups have an additional control under message settings, so check that section if a particular popup behaves differently from other alerts.

Check the underlying event

An alert is not a complete earnings record. If you are investigating a missing sale, tip, or subscriber, review the relevant account or transaction information rather than assuming notification delivery proves whether the event occurred.

Contact support with the specific event and time if the discrepancy remains.
