Set prices for messages fans send you on LoyalFans

Open Settings → Messages → Message Prices. These controls set what a fan pays to send you a message; they are different from pricing media you send as a locked offer.

Set the prices and reply requirement

Configure the available text, video, GIF, image, and audio message rates. Save changes with Update Prices.

LoyalFans' guide says payment for these incoming messages is credited when you reply, and requires an answer within 72 hours. Receiving a message alone is not the same as completing that payment condition.

Use audience or individual rules

The Message Price Rules area can set rates for followers, subscribers, or groups. Group rules override the defaults and use the displayed top-to-bottom priority; drag rules to change their order.

The Individual Prices section lets you find a specific fan and assign their message rates. Review all applicable rules before quoting a price rather than assuming the default is always used.

Review related settings

Under Message Settings, choose whether tips from outside DMs create message correspondence, whether gross tip amounts appear alongside net figures, and whether new-message popups are enabled.

Showing gross and net does not create additional earnings. Check the actual transaction record when reconciling amounts.

Message automation has separate controls. Changing a popup or price should not be treated as creating an automated reply.
