Protect your Chaturbate account

Your login controls your profile, broadcasts, and earnings. Keep it private even when someone offers technical help, promotion, or studio assistance.

Secure the login and email

Use a strong, unique password and enable Chaturbate's two-step verification. Protect the email account used for password recovery with its own unique password and additional verification where available.

Open Chaturbate through the official domain. Be cautious with links that ask you to sign in again, especially messages claiming that you must urgently verify a payout or avoid a ban.

Keep other credentials private

Your stream key authorizes an encoder to broadcast to your account. Your statistics API token provides access to account data. Neither belongs in a public screenshot, bio, chat message, or support video.

Give an integration only the specific credential it needs. Do not provide your login password to an analytics tool or someone setting up an OBS scene.

Respond to a suspected compromise

Change exposed login credentials through the official site, review account and payout details, and contact Chaturbate Support. If a stream key or API token was exposed, address that credential separately rather than assuming a password change cancels it.

Report suspicious messages and preserve useful evidence, with secrets removed. Never give someone a verification code to prove that you own your account.
