Reset your Chaturbate password
Use Chaturbate's password-reset process if you cannot remember your login password. Start from the official site so you do not enter account information into an imitation page.
Request the reset
- 1.Open Chaturbate's sign-in page.
- 2.Select the forgotten-password option.
- 3.Enter the account information requested by the form.
- 4.Follow the reset instructions sent to the email associated with your account.
Check spam or junk folders if the message does not arrive. Make sure you are checking the correct email account and use the newest reset message if you requested more than one.
Choose a unique replacement password that you do not use on another website. Do not send it to support, a studio contact, or anyone claiming to verify your account.
If you still cannot sign in
A password reset and two-step verification are separate checks. Resetting the password does not necessarily resolve a missing authentication code.
Contact Chaturbate Support if you cannot access the registered email, cannot complete verification, or believe someone changed your account details. Include your username and a clear description of the problem, without including passwords or login codes.
