How to Troubleshoot Chaturbate 2-Step Verification

The fix depends on whether you are setting up a method, generating a code, or unable to access an existing method.

Authenticator codes do not work

Check that your phone's date and time are correct. An authenticator using the wrong clock can generate a code the site will not accept. Use the current code rather than one that has already changed.

If setup cannot scan the QR image, enlarge the page and try again. Keep the QR code private: it is part of your login security, not an image to post in chat.

You do not have a mobile phone

Chaturbate describes alternative methods including automated calls to a landline and compatible hardware security keys. Check the choices offered in your Security Center before buying a device. Older articles name specific keys that should not be treated as a current shopping list.

Your existing method is unavailable

Use Chaturbate's official support process if you cannot complete login. Do not send a code to someone claiming they need it to restore access. Once access is recovered, review your methods in Security Center and secure the account's email too.
