Check Chaturbate's toy and device rules

Not every product sold as a sex toy is allowed on Chaturbate. Check the platform's device rules before incorporating a new item into a show.

Prohibited items

Chaturbate's dedicated guide prohibits overly large toys, animal-shaped toys, toys resembling real animal genitals, and devices that produce an electric shock.

It also prohibits using objects as sex toys when they are not normally marketed and sold for that purpose. Do not assume an improvised object is acceptable because another room has used one.

The guide specifically permits tail-style plugs, including fox-tail plugs. That exception does not make other animal-shaped devices acceptable.

Equipment needing authorization

Contact Chaturbate Support with a detailed proposal before using a mechanical device, tool, sex machine, or similar equipment. This applies whether you control it yourself or viewers control it remotely.

Describe the equipment and how you intend to use it. Chaturbate may require a waiver, impose conditions, or withdraw authorization. Buying the device or installing its integration does not establish permission to use it on the platform.

An approval for a device also does not override the rest of the content rules or anyone's consent and boundaries.
