Key Chaturbate rules for creators

Chaturbate's Terms and Code of Conduct govern broadcasts, uploads, and other platform activity. This overview is not an exhaustive list.

Everyone appearing must be an approved adult and participate freely. Minors, simulated minors, coercion, trafficking, and related role-play are prohibited.

Do not broadcast while intoxicated or use drugs on camera. Harassment, racism, hate speech, privacy violations, and prohibited violent or bodily-fluid content can lead to enforcement action.

The Code also prohibits prerecorded broadcasts and AI-generated content, with a limited exception for qualifying real-time, human-controlled avatars. Deepfakes are prohibited, including those using your own likeness.

Keep cam-show transactions within the platform's token system. Do not arrange prohibited off-site cam payments, paid meetings, or escort services. Never share account passwords or help someone evade a ban.

Public-location rules are restrictive. Do not assume owning a device or standing on private property is sufficient permission to film there.

For unusual props, devices, locations, or show ideas, read the relevant current rule and ask support before proceeding. Another room displaying an activity is not proof that Chaturbate permits it.
