Manage disruptive viewers in your CAM4 room
Use the viewer's username menu to choose a moderation action. The actions have different effects, so select the one that matches the problem.

| Silence | The person can stay but cannot use chat. |
| Kick | Removes the person; they can return. |
| Ban | Blocks the person from the room until the restriction is removed. |
A room ban is different from a site-wide CAM4 ban. You and your room moderator do not control the platform's account enforcement decisions.
Remove a room ban
Open the broadcast window's chat-settings gear and choose Manage bans. Find the correct account, select it, and choose Remove.
The list can be sorted by name or date. Use Remove All only if you intend to clear every room ban, including restrictions unrelated to the current issue.
Keep reporting separate
Moderation controls immediate room contact. For fraud, threats, impersonation, or other serious violations, retain relevant account and conversation details and contact official support as appropriate.
Do not remove a ban simply because someone offers a tip. You can keep the restriction when it protects your boundaries or the room.
