Open AdultWork's Help Center directly if someone claims to be staff. A familiar display name or email domain is not sufficient proof.

If asked for sensitive information, confirm the request through the official support route you initiated. Do not send credentials to an unsolicited address or follow a message's login link to prove your identity.
