How to Leave an Adultwork Group

Before You Leave

Before submitting a leave request, take a few precautions to protect your account.

1. Ensure You Have Been Paid

Before requesting to leave, make sure you have received all outstanding payments. It is recommended to stop working until your account has been fully released.

2. Back Up Your Content

Save a copy of your profile and content. You can:

• Take screenshots of your pages

3. Check Your Account Details

Make sure the email address on your account belongs to you. To check:

If needed, update your email address and click Save. If you update your email, you will need to verify it using the link sent by Adultwork.

• Hover over My Details
• Click Registration Details

4. Submit an Official Leave Request

It is important to submit a formal leave request through Adultwork. To do this:

You will be asked to provide a reason. You can enter any response (for example, “N/A”).

• Go to My Details
• Click the + icon next to Adultwork.com Groups
• Select Leave Group

5. If Your Request Is Not Processed

After submitting your request:

You can follow our guide on how to contact Adultwork support if needed.

• Adultwork will notify your group manager
• They have 24 hours to release your account
• If your account is not released within 24 hours: Contact Adultwork support
• They will follow up and allow an additional 24 hours
• If your account is still not released after this: Contact Adultwork support again
• Let them know your group manager has not actioned the request
• Adultwork will then remove your account from the group directly.
