How to Refund an AdultWork Client

The correct refund route depends on whether AdultWork still holds the credits in escrow or they have already reached your account.

Failed Phone Chat still in escrow

Use AdultWork's designated Phone Chat refund form linked in its refund guidance. Identify the booking and explain what failed. Do not create another booking simply to move credits back.

Credits already in your balance

AdultWork's guidance directs members to its Voucher System and says you need the recipient's email address. Check the voucher terms and recipient details before buying one.

A voucher is not the same as reversing the original transaction, and redeemed voucher credits have withdrawal restrictions. Explain the proposed refund method to the member rather than promising a cash payout.

Do not simulate a transfer

AdultWork prohibits using fake bookings, galleries, or movie purchases to transfer credits between accounts. If the situation does not fit the published refund routes, contact support before attempting a workaround.
