Why AdultWork Requests ID for Bank Withdrawals

AdultWork says its banking partners require identity and beneficiary checks before it can make native bank payments. These checks are separate from public profile content.

Use the beneficiary process

Open Credit Transfer Request → Other → Choose Beneficiary and follow the add-beneficiary controls. Enter accurate account-holder and address information and upload the documents requested for that account.

For an allowed company beneficiary, the guidance describes company details, a director's photo ID, and evidence of the company's address. Do not enter the bank branch's address instead of the account holder's address.

Understand the privacy and payment effects

AdultWork says relevant information may be passed to payment providers for their checks. It is not made public as a profile gallery.

If you request deletion, future bank withdrawals may no longer be possible until requirements are met. Another payment provider may require its own verification too; choosing crypto is not a guarantee of avoiding identity checks.
