Can You Recover Deleted AdultWork Emails?
AdultWork says deleted emails cannot be retrieved. Before assuming a message or its booking details are gone, check both your Emails page and your Bookings page: related items may still be visible there.
Check both areas
- 1.Log in and open your Emails page.
- 2.Look for the conversation or message you need.
- 3.Open your Bookings page and check whether the relevant booking is still listed.
A booking record may provide information you need even when the email is no longer available. Finding a remaining record does not restore the deleted message.
Before deleting important messages
Save any details you need for your records before removing a conversation. Keep those records somewhere secure, especially if they contain personal information.
The source guidance explicitly rules out retrieving deleted emails. It does not promise that a deleted booking can be restored, so do not rely on support being able to recover one.
