Open AdultWork's login page yourself and select Forgot Nickname or Password? Enter the registered email address and use Send me Something!.

Check the mailbox

Look in spam or junk as well as the inbox. If the address is unverified, AdultWork's guidance describes another verification request before recovery proceeds.

Follow the recovery message you requested and keep it private. Do not forward login information or recovery links to someone claiming they need them to help.

If you cannot access the old email

Use the official account-access contact form. Support may require an identity photo and a handwritten date/User ID check. Only upload documents through the designated process; do not improvise a recovery request to an address from an unsolicited message.

Once access is restored, secure the registered mailbox, choose a unique password, and enable 2-Step Verification.
