How to Cancel a Pending AdultWork Credit Transfer

If you need to reverse a pending withdrawal made directly through AdultWork, submit a cancellation request using the transfer-cancellation support form linked in its Help Center.

Include the correct request

Open the official form yourself and identify the pending transfer you want canceled. Explain the reason and check the request details before submitting.

A cancellation request is not the same as confirmation that the transfer has been reversed. Do not submit a replacement withdrawal on the assumption that the first has already stopped.

When credits return

AdultWork says it may take up to 24 hours for canceled credits to return to the balance or become transferable again.
