Allow for the stated rounding

The fee guidance says fractional calculations are rounded up to two decimal places. Under that rule, 3.5% of one credit is 0.035 credits, which becomes a 0.04-credit fee.

Keep that fee-rounding instruction separate from the general statement display, which can hold values to four decimal places. They describe different parts of the accounting process.

Check the complete payout separately

The tipping facility fee is not a complete quote for the cash you will receive after all other applicable deductions. A native withdrawal or FLASH payment arrangement has its own calculation.

If a particular tip does not reconcile, send support the tip and fee references rather than assuming every small difference is an error.
