Why AdultWork Credit Amounts Are Underlined

AdultWork stores credit values to four decimal places but usually displays them to two. An underlined amount can reveal the more precise value when you hover over it.

Why a tiny difference matters

An actual balance of 15.4592 may display as 15.46. A bid for 15.46 would then be slightly larger than the stored balance, even though the displayed numbers look equal.

Check the precise amount before reporting a one-hundredth-credit discrepancy or bidding your entire visible balance.

Do not mix up rounding rules

Statement display rounding is separate from a service's explicit fee calculation, such as the tipping article's rounding instruction. A displayed number does not, by itself, explain every fee or VAT amount.

If a larger difference remains after checking precision, compare the underlying transactions and contact support with the affected entries.
