What to Do When Someone Claims to Work for AdultWork
Verify the contact independently before sharing information or changing your account. An official-looking nickname, logo, or email display name is not proof of authority.
Open your own support route
Go to AdultWork's Help Center yourself and ask whether the contact is genuine. Include the message or account details without following its login links.
AdultWork warns about impostors contacting members through internal emails, messaging programs, forums, and phone calls. AdultWork describes a limited DirectCam support-room exception following a reported technical issue, but a room nickname alone should not authenticate someone.
Protect access while checking
Do not give an unsolicited contact your full password, login code, or identity documents. Keep your registered email secure.
If the person claims to be a group manager or Business Advisor, verify that separate relationship too. A manager is not automatically AdultWork staff.
