What to Do if Your AdultWork Account Has Been Hacked

Open AdultWork's official compromised-account support form as soon as possible. If you cannot log in, use the account-access route from the Help Center.

Secure the access you control

Change the AdultWork password if you can still access the account, and secure the registered email with its own unique password. Enable available two-step protection.

Check for unexpected changes to the nickname, email, beneficiary details, and withdrawal requests. Report what you observe rather than assuming a changed password reverses earlier actions.

Give support useful evidence

Include the profile identifier, when you noticed the issue, suspicious login or change notifications, and relevant transaction references. Do not send your full password or login codes to an unsolicited contact claiming to fix the account.

If a connected FLASH account or payment request may also be affected, contact FLASH separately. AdultWork support cannot automatically secure another service's login.
