Why Your New AdultWork Rates Are Not Showing
If an updated rate is missing from your profile, check the service selection and save action before assuming the site rejected the price.
Check in order
- 1.Open Registration Details and confirm the relevant service is enabled.
- 2.Return to the rate field and verify the intended amount.
- 3.Select Save.
- 4.Refresh the profile page; Ctrl+R is the shortcut described for compatible desktop browsers.
Review the correct rate type. A pre-booked rate, DirectChat rate, and DirectCam mode rate may be separate settings.
If the saved amount is correct in settings but the public price differs, check whether the issue is a display update or customer-facing VAT rather than overwriting the rate again. Give support both values and the relevant page if it remains unclear.
