Why Your AdultWork Summary Field Is Grayed Out

AdultWork says a locked or uneditable summary can follow repeated warnings about prohibited wording, including contact details or availability information in that field.

Review the restriction

Check the related moderation message and the rules for the summary. The summary is not the place to bypass dedicated contact or availability controls.

Use approved contact fields for permitted details and the relevant schedule or Available Now features for availability.

Ask for a correction or review

Use the form linked from the warning or the main Contact page. Explain what you want to change and provide compliant replacement wording if requested.

Do not add the same restricted material to photos, captions, or another field simply because the summary is locked. Support must review an incorrect restriction; repeatedly saving unrelated profile changes is unlikely to resolve it.
