How to Set Your Preferred Contact Method on AdultWork
Your preferred contact method helps visitors understand how you want them to reach you.
Change the preference
- 1.Open the profile Contact details settings.
- 2.Choose an option under Preferred Contact Method.
- 3.Select Save.
Check the method is available
The preference does not override missing or disabled contact details. AdultWork says a mobile number must be set to display before it can be the preferred method.
Likewise, disabling Phone Chat Services in Registration Details removes the related Phone Chat or DirectChat contact options from the profile, even if one was previously preferred.
Review the public profile after saving. If the method is absent, check the service and display settings before assuming the preference itself failed.
