AdultWork's native transfer form can show earned-credit entries separately from spending and fee deductions. The negative figure may be an adjustment needed to reconcile the selected earnings with your actual account balance.

Review the calculation

Compare earned credits, applicable admin fees, spending or other debits, and prior withdrawals. Do not treat selected gross earnings as the amount you can request after all deductions.

An entry labeled Transfer Req. Fix can reflect the system splitting an earning to cover the negative balance and leave the remainder selectable.

If it cannot resolve the selection, follow the indicated requirement to accrue more credits or deselect an appropriate entry. Read the resulting total before submitting.

If the figures still do not reconcile, contact support with the request and statement entries. Do not apply a guessed subtraction repeatedly.
