Why Your AdultWork Intro Movie May Not Be Approved

Check the rules displayed at the top of the Intro Movie upload page. An Intro Movie is a specific introduction, not simply any clip from your paid library.

Meet the stated purpose

AdultWork's guidance asks for a purpose-recorded video that starts with you introducing yourself using your AdultWork nickname. The recording should be no longer than 30 seconds.

Review the current upload format, content rules, and any rejection reason before preparing another version.

Review before uploading again

AdultWork describes checks within 24 hours, but that should not become an unconditional approval guarantee. Check status and messages rather than repeatedly uploading an unchanged rejected clip.

If the file meets the stated requirements and remains unresolved, contact support with the upload time and issue. Correct a specified problem before resubmitting; a new upload does not override the moderation rules.
