Why AdultWork Blurs Some Profile and Gallery Photos

AdultWork's public-content policy can restrict NSFW images to viewers who have completed an age check. A blurred preview does not necessarily mean the original upload was deleted.

Check which restriction applies

The platform's July 2025 notice describes blurring existing NSFW profile and Free Gallery images as part of its age-gated content approach. It says the display requirements apply to Offering Services accounts and groups regardless of their own location.

A creator's identity verification is separate from a customer's permission to view age-restricted content.

Review the public presentation

Use images that meet the rules for the intended display area. Check moderation messages and the upload guidance before replacing content that appears blurred.

Do not recommend bypassing a viewer's age check or altering location information to remove the restriction. For an image incorrectly categorized or blocked, ask AdultWork to review it through official support.
