Compare the same figures

Check the saved rate, the price displayed to that customer, and the transaction's VAT details. A higher customer price does not necessarily mean your rate failed to save.

Treatment can depend on the service and applicable customer information. Do not assume every buyer sees the same tax-inclusive amount or that one example's VAT rate applies everywhere.

Your rate is not your final payout

The platform's explanation that it preserves your specified price concerns the customer VAT calculation. It does not mean there are no creator facility fees, native withdrawal charges, or separate FLASH fees.

Use the statement and actual payout calculation for net earnings. If a difference cannot be explained, give support the saved rate and the specific displayed or charged amount.
