How to Read Your AdultWork Credits Statement
Your Credits Statement records movements in your AdultWork balance. Open it while logged in to review earnings, spending, adjustments, and processed transfers.
Understand each row
- Date: when the transaction was recorded.
- Type: Credit adds to the balance; Debit subtracts from it.
- Description: the transaction and any related member or service details.
- Credits: the amount added or deducted.
- Balance: the balance after that transaction.
A credit can be a refund or purchase, not necessarily earned income. Read the description before treating every positive row as earnings.
VAT and processed credits
Where VAT details apply, the statement can show Net, VAT, Gross, Rate, and Country. Hiding these fields changes the display, not the underlying calculation. Do not apply one displayed VAT rate to every type of transaction or customer.
Hide Processed Credits filters credits already processed through a transfer, payout, or group movement.
Export your records
Use Export as CSV for a detailed copy. AdultWork says the export includes fields hidden on screen, so review the file before sharing it. The Transfer Credits option concerns native payouts or group transfers; it is not a FLASH withdrawal instruction.
