Register the duo account using the appropriate couple category. AdultWork's guidance lists M/F, M/M, and F/F options in the registration interface.

Link related profiles

If either performer has a permitted solo profile, add a reference or approved profile link so visitors can identify the relationship between the accounts. Add the corresponding duo reference on the solo profile as well.

Keep the accounts distinct

AdultWork says not to duplicate pictures, movies, blogs, or erotica between solo and duo profiles. Create content appropriate to each account rather than treating a second profile as another listing for the same library.

Both performers need the required identity verification, accurate interview details, and consent for their content. A shared profile is not permission for unverified people to appear in a stream.
