How to Connect a Lovense Toy to the Cam Extension

Before your Lovense toy can react to tips during a webcam show, it needs to be connected to the Lovense Cam Extension.

Lovense supports different connection methods depending on the device you're using.

Connect using Lovense Connect on mobile

If you're using Lovense Connect on your phone or tablet:

  1. 1.Turn on your Lovense toy.
  2. 2.Open Lovense Connect and pair your toy.
  3. 3.Open the Lovense Cam Extension on your computer.
  4. 4.Find the Toy Status section.
  5. 5.Select the QR code option.
  6. 6.A QR code will appear on your computer.
  7. 7.Scan the QR code using Lovense Connect.

Once the connection is successful, your toy should appear as connected in the Cam Extension.

Connect using Lovense Connect on Windows

Lovense also supports connecting through a Windows PC using Lovense Connect for PC and a Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter.

To connect:

  1. 1.Connect the compatible Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter to your computer.
  2. 2.Open Lovense Connect for PC.
  3. 3.Turn on and pair your Lovense toy.
  4. 4.Open Toy Status in the Cam Extension.
  5. 5.Select the adapter connection option.

The Cam Extension can then connect with Lovense Connect on your PC.

Connect using a Mac

When using Lovense Connect on a Mac, Lovense instructs users to manually turn on or restart Bluetooth when the Bluetooth connection option appears.

Pair your toy and confirm that it appears in the Cam Extension before configuring your cam site.

How do I know if my Lovense toy is connected?

Check the Toy Status section of the Lovense Cam Extension.

Once your toy is paired successfully, you can continue configuring your webcam platform and tip settings.

Before broadcasting, test your setup to make sure your toy responds correctly.

Should I use Lovense Remote or Lovense Connect?

For the Cam Extension connection process described here, use Lovense Connect.

Lovense specifically states that this extension setup does not work through the standard Lovense Remote app.

That distinction matters because the apps have different purposes, despite humanity's enduring enthusiasm for giving related software confusingly similar names.
