How Long Does FLASH Verification Take?

FLASH verification is usually reviewed within a couple of hours, although you should allow up to 24 hours.

We recommend completing verification while you're waiting for your first platform connection to be approved so your account is ready when you want to withdraw.

What ID does FLASH accept?

FLASH is an 18+ service, and identity verification is required for KYC and age-verification purposes.

We accept government-issued photo identification, including:

• Passports
• Driving licenses
• National identity cards

Your document needs to be clear and legible enough for us to verify it.

Why was my ID rejected?

The most common reasons are that the document isn't clear enough to verify or the document type isn't accepted.

If your verification is rejected, we'll email you with the reason so you can correct the problem and submit the appropriate documentation.
