FLASH requires identity verification for KYC and age-verification purposes.

FLASH is strictly an 18+ service, so we need to verify the identity and age of our members.

Which documents does FLASH accept?

We accept government-issued photo identification, such as:

• Driving license
• National identity card

Your document must be clear and legible enough for our team to verify it.

How long does verification take?

Verification is usually reviewed within a couple of hours, although you should allow up to 24 hours.

Can FLASH ask me to verify again?

In some circumstances, we may need to carry out additional identity or security checks.

For example, additional verification may be required when you no longer have access to your registered email address or when we need to confirm your identity before making a security-sensitive change to your account.
