Why Was My FLASH Withdrawal Rejected?
A FLASH withdrawal may be rejected if we identify a problem with the payment details or believe sending the payment could result in your funds being lost.
For example, information entered for your chosen payment method may be incorrect or may not match what we expect for that payment method.
If we reject your withdrawal, we'll provide a reason so you know what needs to be corrected.
What happens to my earnings?
Your earnings aren't lost when a withdrawal is rejected.
The amount from the rejected withdrawal will be credited back to your FLASH account.
You can then correct the issue and submit another withdrawal request.
If you don't understand the rejection reason or aren't sure which details need changing, contact FLASH Support before submitting the payment again.
