What to Do if Your Stripchat Documents Are Rejected
If Stripchat rejects your verification documents, you can check the reason under Documents in your Stripchat account.
If you've confirmed your email address, Stripchat should also send the rejection reason to you by email.
Why were my Stripchat documents rejected?
Common reasons include:
- Your document photo is blurry or difficult to read.
- Your document has expired.
- Your ID doesn't show your date of birth.
- Your ID doesn't include a photograph of you.
- The image has been digitally edited or modified.
- Part of the document is cut off or not visible.
- The personal information you entered doesn't match your ID.
- You didn't complete every step of the verification process.
- You already have another account on Stripchat.
What should I do next?
Check the rejection reason shown under Documents and correct the issue before submitting your verification again.
Make sure your personal information matches your identity document exactly and that any images you provide are clear, complete and unedited.

Why can't I click Request Approval?
If the Request Approval button is inactive, delete your name from the corresponding field and enter it again. This should activate the button so you can resubmit your verification.
