Stripchat Avatar, Cover and Background Image Sizes
Stripchat has different technical requirements for your avatar, cover image, profile background and Custom Panel images.
Using the correct dimensions and file format can help prevent failed uploads or badly cropped profile images.
Stripchat avatar requirements
Your avatar is the round profile image shown on your profile and in areas such as chat.
Stripchat requires:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Minimum resolution: 200 × 200 pixels
- Maximum resolution: 800 × 800 pixels
Your avatar must also comply with Stripchat's content rules.
Stripchat cover image requirements
Your cover image is displayed on your broadcasting screen while you're offline.
Requirements are:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Minimum resolution: 400 × 400 pixels
- Maximum resolution: 2000 × 2000 pixels
Stripchat background requirements
Your background appears at the top of your profile and can be a photo or video.
For images, Stripchat recommends using a horizontal image rather than a portrait image to reduce unwanted cropping.
Its guidance lists approximate background dimensions of:
- Mobile: 390 × 204 pixels
- Full HD display: 1892 × 364 pixels
- 2K display: 1920 × 364 pixels
Background videos must be under 10 GB according to Stripchat's technical requirements.
Custom Panel image requirements
For images used in Custom Panels, Stripchat specifies:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Minimum resolution: 40 × 300 pixels
Remember that meeting the technical requirements doesn't automatically mean an image is allowed. Your avatar, cover and background must also comply with Stripchat's content rules.
