How to Offer a Private Show Discount on Stripchat
Stripchat lets you temporarily discount your Private Show price while you're broadcasting.
This can give viewers an incentive to start a Private Show at a lower per-minute rate for a limited period.
How to start a Private Show discount
You must be broadcasting to activate the discount.
While you're live:
- 1.Find the Discount option below your broadcast.
- 2.Choose the discount and how long you want it to run.
- 3.Select Activate.
The discounted Private Show rate will then be offered to eligible viewers during the promotion.
How often can I offer a discount?
Stripchat allows you to activate a Private Show discount once every 24 hours.
If you've recently changed your normal Private Show price, you'll need to wait 24 hours before you can activate a discount.
Can I cancel the discount after activating it?
No. Once you've activated the promotion, Stripchat doesn't allow you to cancel it while it's running.
Check the price and duration before confirming it.
What if a Private Show continues after the discount ends?
If a viewer starts a Private Show while your discount is active, they keep the discounted per-minute rate for that show, even if the promotional period ends while you're still together.
The normal price applies again to new Private Shows started after the discount has ended.
