Can You Take Payments Outside Stripchat?
Stripchat models aren't allowed to ask for, suggest or accept payment methods outside those provided by Stripchat for activity arranged through the platform.
Stripchat lists off-platform payments as prohibited behavior under its rules against scams and fraud.
What isn't allowed?
Stripchat's rules prohibit models from:
- Asking viewers to pay using an external payment method
- Suggesting an alternative way for a viewer to pay
- Accepting outside payment for activity arranged through Stripchat
- Arranging shows outside Stripchat
- Using the platform primarily to direct viewers elsewhere
Stripchat also restricts repeatedly sharing external contact methods or advertising competing live-streaming and content subscription services.
What if a viewer suggests paying me directly?
The rule still applies if the viewer suggests it first.
Stripchat's Community Guidelines prohibit accepting alternative payment methods as well as asking for them.
Keep transactions relating to Stripchat activity within the payment options provided by the platform.
Can breaking this rule affect my account?
Yes.
Stripchat can take enforcement action against accounts that breach its Community Guidelines, ranging from warnings and temporary suspensions to permanent account blocks depending on the violation.
