How to Change Your Username on Stripchat
You can change your Stripchat username once every 60 days. How you change it depends on whether you're an independent model or connected to a studio.
If your Stripchat account is connected to FLASH
If you're connected to FLASH, you don't need to change your username yourself.
Simply contact FLASH Support and tell us the new username you'd like to use. We'll get it updated for you.
Your new username must:
- Have never previously been used on Stripchat.
- Not currently be used by another Stripchat user or model.
Once your username has been changed, you cannot change it back to your previous username.
If you're an independent Stripchat model
You can change your username yourself:
- 1.Go to Settings and Privacy.
- 2.Select My Username.
- 3.Enter the new username you'd like to use.
- 4.Save your changes.
Your new username will take effect immediately.
If you're connected to another Stripchat studio
If you're connected to a studio other than FLASH, your studio must change your username for you. Contact them and provide the new username you'd like to use. If you'd rather leave that studio, see how to leave a studio on Stripchat.
Can people still find me using my old Stripchat username?
By default, yes.
After changing your username, your old username can still appear alongside your new one in Stripchat search results. Your profile can also remain accessible through your previous profile link.
If you want a fresh start and don't want your old username to remain visible, select the relevant option under My Username when changing it.
