Stripchat Email Not Received? What to Do
Stripchat sends important account emails for things such as email confirmation and password recovery.
If the message hasn't arrived, there are a few things to check before assuming the request failed.
I haven't received my email confirmation link
Go to Settings and Privacy and select Resend Confirmation.
Then check:
- Your Inbox
- Spam
- Junk
If you've requested the confirmation email more than once, use the latest link Stripchat sent you.
I haven't received my password reset email
Request another password reset through Stripchat's Forgot Password page using your username or email address.
Check your Inbox, Spam and Junk folders.
Again, if several reset emails arrive, use the most recent password reset link.
Stripchat emails keep going to spam
You can add Stripchat's email address to your contacts or approved/safe senders list.
The exact process depends on your email provider. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and Proton Mail each provide ways to prevent legitimate senders from being repeatedly filtered into spam.
Still not receiving Stripchat emails?
Make sure you're checking the inbox belonging to the email address actually registered to your Stripchat account. If the registered address is outdated, see how to change your email address.
