Unblock a contact in your communication app

An external app's block is separate from a SkyPrivate or SP Chat restriction. Review each relevant service if contact is still unavailable after unblocking one account.

Find the blocked account

• Discord: Open User Settings and the social/contact controls, then review blocked users.
• Teams: Open Settings → People → Manage blocked users and select the intended person.
• Telegram: Open Settings → Privacy and Security → Blocked Users.

Choose the unblock action for the correct account. Labels can vary by app version, so confirm the identity rather than relying only on a display name.

Check the underlying issue

Unblocking restores the app's permitted contact; it does not link an account to SkyPrivate, verify a member's funds, or complete a payment.

If the restriction followed harassment or fraud, you do not have to remove it to accept another paid request. Report the issue through the appropriate platform instead.
