Understand SkyPrivate's Fast Response label

The Fast Response label reflects responsiveness under SkyPrivate's stated measurement rules. It is separate from a payment guarantee or a promise that every visitor will receive an immediate answer.

When response time counts

The published guide says offline time does not count, and hosting a SkyPrivate show does not count against response time.

If you remain online on SkyPrivate but are busy elsewhere and do not answer, that time can affect the label. A show on another service does not automatically mark you unavailable here.

Keep availability accurate

Go offline when you cannot respond. This helps avoid advertising availability you cannot provide and does not require you to rush or accept an unwanted request.

Review notification delivery and your account status if members repeatedly contact you when you believe you are offline. A label should not replace checking the actual messages and account state.

The separate prepaid-response refund policy concerns handling an advance payment; do not treat the Fast Response label as overriding those obligations.
