Find and copy a Discord user ID
A Discord user ID is a numerical account identifier. It is different from the username and display name and can help identify the correct account when names change.
Enable the copy control
- 1.Open Discord's User settings.
- 2.Go to Advanced and enable Developer Mode.
- 3.Open the relevant profile or right-click the user's name.
- 4.Choose Copy User ID.
To get your own ID, use your own profile. To identify a member for a report, use that member's profile instead.
Use the ID in the correct place
Paste your ID into the Discord service settings if SkyPrivate requests it. For a report, include the member's ID alongside the relevant call or conversation details so support can distinguish accounts with similar names.
Copy the value directly instead of transcribing it from a screenshot. A missing digit can identify the wrong account or prevent a match.
The ID is not a login verification code. Providing it does not authorize someone to sign in, and it does not replace checking SkyPrivate's payment or caller information before a session.
