What to do when My.Club rejects your content

My.Club provides a short rejection summary in notifications and the fuller reason on the affected post. Read the specific explanation before changing or resubmitting the content.

Check the stated issue

Compare the post with the current rules and the reason given. Common things to review include participant approval, content rights, and restrictions on public images, teaser posts, and stories.

If the issue is an unregistered person, use the required Connected Creators or release process. Tagging someone or saying they are an adult does not complete approval.

Correct or challenge the decision

If the problem is clear, address it through the appropriate settings or approval process before trying again. Repeatedly reposting unchanged content does not resolve the underlying issue.

If you believe moderation made a mistake, contact help@my.club with your username, post link or identifier, the full rejection reason, and the relevant explanation.

Keep personal documents within the official verification process. Do not publish them on the rejected post to demonstrate that a person is verified.
