Add a video to your LoyalFans Video Store

Video Store sales are separate purchases, not automatic timeline-subscription access. Subscriber discounts can apply without making every clip free.

Create the listing

Select Add Video to My Video Store. Enter a title of up to 150 characters, a description of up to 2,000 characters, and up to 10 relevant tags.

Upload the video from your device or select it from Media Cloud. LoyalFans' upload guide lists a 6 GB main-file limit.

Choose a preview style: the available options include a preview, single frame, or locked screen. A cover can come from an upload, Media Cloud, or a frame from the video.

For an optional custom preview, use the available device or cloud controls. The published guide lists 500 MB and 90 seconds as preview limits; keep the file within both rather than assuming one larger value overrides the other.

Choose price and access options

Set the clip price and review Allow Download, comments, and Twitter/X sharing. Buyers receive streaming access; a file download is an additional option when enabled.

Use tags and descriptions that genuinely match the video. They can help discovery but do not guarantee placement or sales.

Publish or schedule

For a later release, choose Post it later under Scheduled Video, set the date and time, and confirm. Otherwise leave future scheduling unused.

Review any clip-specific discounts, then finish with Post to Video Store. Check the resulting listing rather than assuming an uploaded file is already on sale.
