Give a manager delegated access to LoyalFans

LoyalFans provides Delegated Accounts so an authorized person can help manage your account using their own active LoyalFans login. Do not substitute password sharing for the official access feature.

Add the manager

Open Settings → Account → Delegated Accounts. Search for the intended person in Add Delegated Account and carefully select the correct account.

The manager must have an active LoyalFans account. Complete the email confirmation LoyalFans sends for the change.

Confirm that you selected the agreed person rather than a similar display name. Discuss what they are authorized to do before granting access.

Review and revoke access

LoyalFans says delegated access can be revoked. Review the delegated accounts when a manager leaves or the arrangement changes, and remove access you no longer need.

The overview does not document every permission or a complete role matrix. Check the current interface and ask support about specific powers before assuming access is read-only or limited to messages.

Keep your own login, recovery email, and account records under your control.
