How to review and export IWantClips transactions
Use the Artist dashboard's transaction tools to investigate sales activity and keep your own records. A transaction report shows account activity; it is not the same thing as confirmation that money has reached your bank.
Find the relevant activity
Open Transactions and narrow the results using the available filters, such as transaction type, customer, and date range.
Review the matching entry's date, identifier, item or transaction description, customer username, price, and processing information. Use the transaction identifier when asking support about a particular entry so similar sales are not confused.
Download a report
The dashboard provides a CSV download and a detailed-transaction report option. Select the intended dates before exporting, then open the file to confirm that its range matches your request.
Keep the original export unchanged as a reference. If you add calculations or notes, work in a separate copy so the platform data remains distinguishable from your own adjustments.
The dashboard also provides a way to generate a daily sales email for a selected day. That can help with a one-day check, but it is not a replacement for a complete reporting period.
Reconcile with payments
Compare transaction activity with payout records when checking your earnings. Sales, platform adjustments, and transfers can appear at different times.
Store reports securely because they can include customer identifiers and financial information. For a discrepancy, provide support with the relevant transaction and payout references rather than a password or a full unfiltered export unless requested.
