How to create and publish a PhotoSet on IWantClips

A PhotoSet groups images into a collection that can be selected for a store listing. Creating the collection and publishing the sale item are separate steps.

Build the collection

Start with the intended images in your Media Library. Select between two and 50 images for the set and give the collection a distinct title.

Check the selection before confirming it. In a multi-page library, Select All applies to the current page, so it may not include everything you expected.

Create the PhotoSet and wait for the success confirmation. Do not assume an unfinished upload or unsaved selection is ready to use in a listing.

Add the store item

Open Sell Items and choose the option to add a PhotoSet. Select the collection you created, then complete the listing's title, description, price, and relevant classification fields.

Choose the preview deliberately so it represents the set accurately and follows the platform's preview rules. Check performer information and required disclosures as well as the images themselves.

Review before submission

Confirm the number of images, the selected collection, the preview, and the price. Similar collection names can make it easy to attach an older or incomplete set.

Save and submit through the publishing workflow. A collection appearing in the library does not by itself mean the PhotoSet is publicly for sale or has passed moderation.

Keep the original images in your own backup so you are not relying on the platform as your only copy.
